No matter whether you're a complete beginner or whether you've previously had some experience of driving, we can help!
Please note that we offer driving lessons in manual cars only - we do not offer automatic tuition
Lessons can be arranged to suit your needs and timescale. Many people like to spread out learning to drive by taking one or two driving lessons a week, but if you're in a bit more of a hurry, please visit our intensive courses page for more information about our semi-intensive courses.
Before you can start having lessons you'll need a provisional driving licence. If you don't yet have a provisional licence please visit our driving licence page for more information on how to apply for one.
As a general rule, 90 minute lessons work best for most people as they allow sufficient time for travel to and from suitable sites with plenty of time for driving practice at the site. They are less rushed than one hour lessons and prevent some of the tiredness often associated with two hour lessons, especially for beginners.
In very rural areas such as those in parts of South Lincolnshire though, longer lessons of two hours may be more beneficial due to the travelling time involved in reaching suitable training areas. Also, in order to familiarise yourself with the area around the driving test centre, it may be necessary to take even longer lessons. This will be agreed with you beforehand, if this is necessary.
We often get asked "how many driving lessons will I need?"
The DVSA have stated:
In reality, everyone is different and learns at their own pace so the above information should only be used as a guide!
Your driving instructor will be able to give you an estimate of how many driving lessons you, as an individual, are likely to need and advise you when you're ready to apply for your driving test.
For full details of our lesson and course prices please see our driving lesson prices page.
Our instructors offer driving lessons in South Lincolnshire including Spalding, Bourne, The Deepings, Holbeach.
Unfortunately not. We only offer driving tuition in manual cars at present.
We can arrange driving lessons to suit your individual needs and circumstances. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll be happy to tailor a course of driving lessons to meet your needs.
